About the Wine
- "Buio" is Italian for "dark," which is an easy (albeit simplistic) way to describle this modern/flamboyant blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera that was first
produced in the early nineties at the dawn of the "Super-Piemontese" era.

Elaboration: Grapes are sustainably farmed, picked by hand, and fermented with native yeasts. 60% new French, 40% used French oak
